What is Angels of History?
Angels of History is an initiative that supports individuals with Jewish ancestry in connecting and engaging in meaningful dialogue about the most pressing issues affecting us and our communities today.
We run small, facilitated online discussion groups where participants can connect, share openly, vent, and learn together in a supportive environment.
Who is Angels of History for?
We welcome anyone with Jewish roots or ancestry, embracing the full diversity of Jewish experiences. We run our groups with an awareness of the different histories of Ashkenazi and Sephardi Jews, and have lived experience of both communities in our team.
Research has shown how the traumas experienced by our ancestors are often transmitted to future generations. If we turn to face these inherited wounds, it can enable us to move forward in our lives with greater understanding, compassion and freedom.
